We did something a little unexpected this year at LivePerson: a live intuitive tarot card reader, custom takeaway tarot cards, and CX-themed Magic 8 Balls.
Watching people sit down for their readings was interesting. Some people walked up curious. Others half-laughing, like they weren’t quite sure what they were getting into. But after a few minutes almost every single person relaxed and opened up. Conversations that started with a tarot card turned into deeper conversations about family, dreams, career aspirations, relationships, challenges, losses, and hopes for what’s next.

Our company hired Mona Van Joseph (Mystic Mona) to provide five-minute tarot card readings at our booth during the national SHRM Conference in Las Vegas in September 2021.
